For the working river

Films for Thames marine companies

Your vessels and crews at work, filmed from the water and the air by people who work on the river themselves. For tug and workboat operators, towage firms, marine contractors and ports.
For marine companies

We speak your language

Filming a tow, a crane barge or a crew transfer is not like filming anything else. You need to know where to put the boat so you are useful and never in the way, when the tide will turn and what the tug master is about to do. Our crew are skippers as well as camera operators, so we plan around your operation, not the other way round.
How it works

Filming around a live operation

Safety first. We agree positions and radio channels with your master or supervisor before we start, and keep our boats well clear of tow lines and working areas.

From the water. Our camera boat can run alongside, ahead or astern at your speed, and hold position in the tide while your crew works.

From the air. Drone shots show the scale of the job, and we handle the airspace approvals, central London’s restricted areas included.

What you get. Edited films for your website and social, stills for tenders and brochures, and raw files within 48 hours.
