Our founder grew up on the river, sailing the Thames as a kid. He tried plenty of other things, and he always ended up back on a boat.
He grew up around the music industry too, with family credited on a Drake number one. Time in a studio on Juno Way taught him the rest: recording, filming, and how the business side of a production really works. From his teens he was running small businesses of his own.
Maritime college made it certain. He wanted to work on the water. He qualified, then worked at sea on yachts and superyachts, commercial workboats, deliveries and charters.
Then a friend asked to film from his boat. That first charter snowballed. Cinecraft grew from marine film services into a full marine film production company, and UAS London into a full London drone services company. Today the two work as one: boats that carry drones, drones that film boats, and one team planning both.
