Media MICE came to us to film a roundtable on the River Thames for their client Glaukos, the eye care medical technology company. Five eye specialists sat around one table on the open deck of a passenger boat, with Westminster, the London Eye and the South Bank passing behind them.
What we did
We produced the shoot. That meant the planning, the boat from Temple Pier, the Port of London Authority filming permission, and a crew to cover the conversation properly: a multi-camera setup with Sony FX6 and FX3 cameras, drone aerials of the boat on the river, multitrack audio with timecode across every camera, and a stills photographer for the event.
How it was delivered
Every camera file and audio track went to Media MICE’s video team the same evening for their edit, and the first edited stills followed the next morning.
