BTS’s ARIRANG World Tour brought an illuminated activation to the River Thames. Triple B Productions brought us in to capture it from the water and the air.
What we did
Our film boat was the drone platform, skippered by our founder, and our drone crew flew the aerials, working the river so the boat and the drone told the same story.
On the night
We set out in the early evening of 6 July and worked from sunset into the dark. We filmed the installation as it came past Hungerford Bridge under tow, and again once it was lit up off Victoria Embankment, then finished at Westminster after dark, with the drone caught by hand back on the boat.
